Shipping

• Order Processing: We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 business days.
• Delivery Time: Expect delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10-15 days due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping Charges: ₹49 for orders below ₹2500. A ₹120 charge will be applied to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Tracking: You'll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• Please use our Track Order page to monitor the status of your shipment.

Returns

• Domestic Orders: We offer reverse pick-up services for all orders within India.
• Eligibility: Return merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
• Fees: For prepaid and COD both a ₹120.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Process:

2. Pack items securely with the original packaging and invoice.
3. Arrange pickup with our courier partner, who will contact you within 1-2 business days.
4. Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 10-15 working days.

Exchanges

• Prepaid Orders: Exchanges are free of charge.
• COD Orders: Exchanges incur an additional ₹99 shipping fee.
